Hi, I’m Vita, a UX and service designer with a background in industrial design and about three years of professional experience designing thoughtful, human-centered solutions.

Currently, I work for the BC Public Service, where I been designing internal-facing applications and services. My work focuses on understanding complex systems, uncovering pain points, and collaborating across teams to improve tools and processes behind the scenes.

Before moving into UX, I studied industrial design which taught me how to balance form, function, and user needs. That foundation continues to inform my design process today. From research and synthesis to prototyping and testing, I aim to bring clarity, empathy, and intentionality to every project.

Outside of work, I love getting creative with craft projects like sewing, silversmithing, or painting. Making things — digital or physical — has always been core to how I think and solve problems.
